Indulge in my rich and generous chocolate sponge cupcakes, each filled with a decadent, luxurious chocolate ganache that melts in your mouth. Topped with smooth, creamy vanilla buttercream and drizzled with extra chocolate ganache. As always, all gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free. They do, however, contain eggs so are not vegan.
